Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and pursue new B2B sales opportunities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve assigned revenue targets Conduct site visits / coordination for installation of products, assess client requirements, and recommend configurations to client Manage the end-to-end tender process, including attending briefings, scoping technical requirements Monitor competitor activities, product trends, and regulations to identify new business opportunities Prepare and present sales report to management on regular basis Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Minimum 1 year of experience in sales of HVAC or Air-con or industrial equipment Must have prior work experience in HVAC or Air-con companies Willing to learn technical details of products Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills Able to network and build strong rapport with clients and stakeholders A strong existing network of consultants, contractors, and building owners is highly preferred All applications will be treated confidentially.
