Job Description Portfolio Management Monitors Loan Journey post Disbursement. Monitors periodically the Milestones set against the facility extended and highlight any variances with Action Plan Monitors loan repayment activities and takes necessary action to collect past due accounts and monitors ongoing repayment ability of all other accounts. Monitors the Sales and Collections statements of existing clients which involves analyzing risk and making sure their financial capabilities are in line with lending requirements. Provides loan Enhancement and/or recall Inputs on existing clients basis their track. Examines Origination and Operationalization of ESCROW Accounts in order to ensure smooth channelization of the cashflows. Periodically reviews existing loans to ensure the continued security and profitability of the portfolio Ensures that assigned loan accounts operate as authorized, and take all measures necessary to correct default payments or, in the case of non-performing loans, enforces the security documentation to ensure loan repayment Ensures strict adherence to risk, compliance and legal norms in sales processes as regulated and laid down by Compliance Team Client Engagement & Relationship Management Ensures problems/ issues are resolved satisfactorily Participates in community and business functions/groups to ensure a positive image for the business and brand within the region's marketplace. Deepen wallet share and ROE expansion Closely Co ordinate with Customer services to ensure smooth Customer Journey
