Job Description
Local Responsibilities: • Responsible for planning and driving direction, execution for the local marketing function including ATL advertising, BTL promotions, media plan, social media and influencer marketing. • Work with external agency on the creation and development of various branding and promotional assets, from print to stores, to web. • Work with regional team on POSM, video and products asset for local executional. • Work closely with Sales team to support local activities, roadshow & in store activities. • Manage budget and track KPI, ROI against marketing campaigns / spending. • Ensure and track retail display excellence. • Respond to customers queries and comments on social media, marketing email and any other channels. • Support entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. • Conduct monthly market visits to monitor competitor activities, share best practices and recommend action plans to the team. • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements: • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma with specialization on Business or Marketing • Min 3 years of experiences in a similar role • Proficient in MS office, Meta & Google business management platforms and any other social media management platforms. • Detail oriented, organized resourceful and agile with an ability to adapt and problem solve • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
