Job Description We are seeking a Contracts Engineer (Electrical) to support contract administration activities for M&E construction projects. Key Responsibilities Draft and issue contractual letters, notices and correspondence to clients, consultants and subcontractors. Assist in the preparation of Variation Orders (VOs), Extension of Time (EOT) submissions and other contractual documents. Review contract documents, specifications and technical drawings. Coordinate with project teams on contract-related matters and submissions. Maintain proper records of contractual documents and correspondence. Monitor contractual deadlines and follow up on outstanding issues. Travel to project sites when required to support project and contractual matters. Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the construction or M&E industry. Prior experience as an Electrical Engineer will be an advantage. Basic knowledge of contract administration, VO and EOT processes. Ability to interpret technical drawings and contract documents. Good written communication and documentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Candidates with more years of relevant experience may be considered for senior positions.
