Role Overview HVAC RPE LLC is seeking a part-time HVAC Administrative Assistant to support scheduling, invoicing, and warranty documentation. This role is fully remote and designed to reduce administrative workload so technicians can remain in the field. What You Will Do Create and update jobs in Housecall Pro, schedule and confirm customer appointments, send invoices, upload photos and documentation to warranty portals, track missing photos, notes, or signatures, follow up on unpaid invoices, and respond to basic customer emails.
