Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Transportation/ Logistics Position Title: Import & Export Coordinator Working Location: Tuas (Walk distance from MRT) Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm), once Saturday per month (8.30am – 12.30pm) Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Coordinate on daily trucking and shipment activities to ensure operations are completed on schedule. Communicate with shipping lines, agents, depots, and terminals regarding container release, collection, and empty return arrangements, including checking related charges. Arrange and plan import and export deliveries based on customer needs, delivery timelines, and operational limitations. Work closely with internal teams, customers, and consignees to facilitate smooth depot coordination and transport arrangements. Respond to customer enquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally. Track shipment status and provide regular updates to the relevant parties. Prepare, review, and confirm job-related documents and billing details after job completion to support accurate invoicing. Maintain accurate records and ensure all work is carried out in line with company procedures. Carry out container condition checks and assessments when necessary. APPLY NOW!!! Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent. At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience in the logistics industry or a similar position. Knowledge of PORTNET, TradeNet, and Trip Management System. Able to work independently and contribute effectively as part of a team. Well-organised, detail-oriented, and capable of handling several tasks at the same time in a fast-paced work environment.
