Qualifying Experience: Experience/knowledge of non-appropriated fund business systems and appropriated fund Information Systems, point of sales systems and data automation desired/preferred. Must possess COMPTIA Security+ certification. Complete understanding of Microsoft operating systems as well as Microsoft Office packages. Experience in implementing network systems to include cable maintenance (LAN and WAN) is a must. Ability to deliver exceptional customer service based on advanced relationship management, communication, and prioritizing skills. Skill in timely, complete, and accurate IT Tier Il complex problem resolution techniques, tools, and processes. Knowledge of and ability to deploy IT refresh program equipment to include operating system installs, standard desktop images, driver configurations, encryption software, and hardware end-items, installing, optimizing, troubleshooting, and supporting Commercial Off-The-Shelf software applications a
