The plunge club is a fitness & wellness club focused on contrast therapy (sauna and ice baths). We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join us as Front Desk Associates / Receptionists . Who You Are You enjoy interacting with people. You’re reliable, solution-oriented, and always up for a challenge. Warmly welcome guests and ensure a seamless check-in process. Proactively engage with members offering mindful guidance to elevate their experience. Educate guests on Contrast Therapy etiquette, benefits, and our special programs. Conduct routine cleanliness and safety checks to maintain high hygiene standards. Oversee operations of sauna, cold plunge pools, and recovery spaces. Assist with membership queries, sign-ups, and customer feedback. Monitor and replenish wellness product stock as needed. We are open daily from 8am to 9pm (weekdays) and 9am to 9pm (weekends). We operate two shifts daily.
