MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS You must meet ALL of the minimum qualifications listed below. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field experience. AND At least five (5) years professional experience planning, organizing, and managing projects to ensure technical implementation aligns with stakeholder expectations following Agile methodology. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS Previous supervisory experience managing a technical staff of 7 or more in aligning solution design with business requirements. Previous experience with low-code/no-code development platform (e.g. Power Platform) with an understanding of platform governance-covering security, compliance, environment lifecycle management, and audit processes. Proficient in prompt engineering to design precise, context-rich instructions and workflows for generative AI models, enabling autonomous, task-oriented AI agents that enhance customer service, drive automation, and accelerate decision-making. Previous experience in conducting market research on COTS solutions, evaluating and analyzing emerging technologies for enterprise-wide adoption, and ensuring system compliance with security vulnerabilities and maintenance patches.
