Remuneration Package: Up to $4,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus Working Hours: Mon–Fri (9am–6pm), Alternate Saturday (9am–6pm) Working Location: East – Company Transport Provided at Multiple Pick-Up Points Industry: Freight Forwarding & Logistics About the Role Join a dynamic global logistics environment where you will play a key role in managing cross-border shipments and purchase orders. This role offers exposure to international coordination, end-to-end shipment handling, and customer relationship management within the fast-paced freight forwarding industry. Key Responsibilities Coordinate closely with overseas offices to ensure smooth shipment execution Manage cross trade shipments and Purchase Order (PO) processes from start to completion Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide timely shipment updates Verify shipping documents (AWB/BL) and ensure compliance with regulations Monitor shipment profitability, validate rates, and ensure accurate billing Investigate service issues and propose corrective actions Track shipments, provide flight/vessel updates, and ensure on-time delivery Prepare reports and participate in customer meetings Ensure compliance with customer SOPs, operational procedures, and QHSE standards Key Requirements Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in freight forwarding Knowledge of sea freight is required; air freight experience is an added advantage Familiar with shipping documents and Incoterms Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently Interestedcandidates can forward their CVs in MS Word format to weiyan@triton-ai.com Reg No.R1983718 Triton AIPte Ltd License no. 21C0661
