Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Building and Construction/ Manufacturing (Furniture) Position Title: Project Manager (Interior / A&A) Working Location: Mandai Estate Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday - Friday, 8:30AM – 5:30PM) Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus + Medical & Dental Benefits Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and work schedules, and develop an effective construction strategy. Lead and oversee site operations, including supervising and coordinating subcontractors and workers. Work closely with clients, architects, engineers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment to meet project timelines and quality standards. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions when required. Maintain proper documentation of site activities, contracts, variations, and project reports. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and quality standards at all times. Support project handover, final inspections, and closing documentation. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned. APPLY NOW!!! Degree or Diploma in Project Management, Building, Construction Management, or related field recognised by BCA. At least 5 years of relevant experience in the Singapore construction industry. Experience in office renovation, interior finishing works, furniture-related projects, or Addition & Alteration (A&A) works will be an advantage. Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced project environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
