Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Marketing Agency Position Title: Digital Sales Executive Working Location: Central (Remote work arrangement) Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 10.00am - 7.00pm) Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + Commission Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Manage inbound enquiries, follow up with prospects, understand their business needs, and recommend suitable digital solutions such as website development, SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. Update leads in the CRM system and ensure all enquiries are properly recorded and tracked. Conduct follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email, or meetings. Understand client requirements, business goals, budget, and timelines. Recommend suitable solutions such as website development or revamp, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing. Explain basic digital marketing concepts such as SEO, paid advertising, and lead generation. Share standard service packages or prepare customized quotations based on the project scope. Explain website features, platform differences such as WordPress, Shopify, and Wix, and project timelines clearly. Coordinate with the internal team for pre-sales clarifications. Handle client concerns and guide prospects through the decision-making process. Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to closure. Ensure a smooth handover of confirmed projects to the delivery team. Maintain basic sales reports and pipeline tracking. APPLY NOW!!! Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience in selling digital marketing or website services will be an advantage. Basic understanding of website development, hosting, domains, SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. Able to work in a dynamic business environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Canva or CRM tools will be an advantage.
