Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, drinks, and teas to customers. Ensure all beverages are made according to our high standards and with a focus on consistency. Greet customers with a positive, friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee machine, counters, and storage areas. Handle cash and process payments accurately using the point-of-sale system. Keep track of inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Assist in opening and closing the café, ensuring all tasks are completed before and after shifts. Promote menu items, seasonal specials, and add-ons to customers in an engaging manner. Qualifications: Prior experience as a barista is preferred. A genuine love for coffee and coffee culture. Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering great customer experiences.
