Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding Position Title: Sales Manager Working Location: Paya Lebar Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday - Friday (9am – 6pm) Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Manage local sales and business development activities across air freight, ocean freight, warehousing, and cross-border logistics services. Identify and secure new direct customers, with primary business control and billing handled through Singapore. Develop and maintain agent partnerships in China and Taiwan, supporting overseas-controlled and routed business opportunities. Follow up on sales leads, coordinate with agents, and drive business growth through consistent customer engagement. Meet defined sales activity targets by conducting regular customer visits and appointments. Support the introduction of new logistics products and actively promote related sales initiatives. Prepare structured sales action plans and strategies for management review. Issue quotations, RFQs, and SOPs, while monitoring the execution and performance of new and existing accounts. Track, analyze, and report sales activities and performance on a regular basis. Handle ad-hoc assignments such as project cargo, cross-trade, or special shipment requirements as assigned by management. APPLY NOW!!! At least 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development within logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, or cross-border transportation. Solid understanding of air and ocean freight operations. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and overseas partners. Capable of handling sales leads, preparing quotations and RFQs, and following through on both new and existing business opportunities. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset, and able to meet sales activity targets.
