Job Summary You will provide professional chauffeur services, ensuring guest safety, punctuality, and vehicle upkeep while using technology tools to support efficient transport operations. Responsibilities Deliver service aligned with the property’s core standards and brand attributes to enhance guest experience Arrive at driving assignments at least 15 minutes early to ensure timely departures Operate technology devices such as iPads for paging and GPS for navigation to support route efficiency Greet and receive VIP guests professionally during airport arrivals, drop-offs, and hourly bookings Ensure guest safety throughout limousine journeys by driving attentively and following safety protocols Drive safely and comply with speed limits and local traffic regulations to prevent incidents Maintain vehicle cleanliness and condition throughout shifts to uphold service quality Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to identify and prevent mechanical issues Perform cleanliness checks inside the vehicle after each passenger alights to prepare for the next guest Follow all transport-related standard operating procedures as directed by supervisors Operate continental cars or MPVs as required for assignments Required competencies and certifications Possess a valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record Demonstrate strong knowledge of Singapore roads to navigate efficiently and safely Possess a valid PVDL License Maintain alertness and safe driving practices at all times Ability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays, with 10-hour shifts and option for 5 or 6-day work weeks Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum 3 years of driving experience in Singapore or relevant chauffeur experience Bilingual com
