Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and deeply curious Senior HR Business Partner to join our People Experience and Technology (PXT) team supporting NA Stores teams in India, along with emerging business - Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or a related field - Experience supporting senior management in large, corporate environments or equivalent - Experience in project or program management - Experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive) - 8+ years of progressive experience in an HR Business Partner role, preferably in a high-tech or fast-paced environment - Experience working with large, global, and distributed teams - Experience driving organizational change initiatives and developing talent management plans - Strong data analytics background with the ability to leverage data to establish HR priorities and drive change - Proven ability to diagnose problems using strategic thinking skills and data analysis, and identify and drive appropriate solutions
