At Amazon, HR Partners (HRP) provide high-judgment HR support to managers across levels at scale, enabling them to become force multipliers for customer impact and positive employee experience. They demonstrate - Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field, or 5+ years of human resources experience and Bachelor's degree - Experience delivering results by partnering with and influencing others - Experience coaching managers and supervisors to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness - Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Experience in computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - · Business and HR acumen, including problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative - · Proven ability to successfully work as a team member and to build and maintain a positive work environment across the network
