Job Description Purchase - Planning, organizing and controlling all related activities Procurement cost- Monitor & review the cost of stores & spares procurement for cost effective purchases. Vendor Development- Review vendor rating of existing & identification of new vendors for quality, cost and delivery improvements. Lead time reduction & Management Information System SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) along with Sustainability initiatives People Management and Development: Coordinating with external and internal stakeholders. Build & sustain a conductive work culture within project to enhance productivity of project through involving people for growth & motivating them for implementing new technology, innovation, Contract Management: Scrutinize and classify service PRs into various categories like Engineering, Operations, Utilities, Material handling, Equipments & vehicle hiring, HR/ER & Administration, Mining contracts, CSR, School, Colony, System related contracts and other Miscellaneous etc and processing the requirements and placement of orders following SOP & DOP's. Coordination with the users to understand and analyse the job scope.
