Description As a Senior Product Manager / Head of Gamified Experiences on Amazon, you will own the product vision and execution roadmap for our Gamified Experiences charter. This charter sits at the intersection of behavioral science, game mechanics, and customer lifecycle strategy - and is responsible for designing and scaling engagement systems that transform occasional buyers into deeply settled customers across our emerging locales. You will lead the end-to-end product strategy for milestone-based rewards, missions, challenges, and progression systems that drive measurable increases in purchase frequency, selection width, and customer retention. Your systems will determine which gamified intervention to present, to whom, at what lifecycle stage, and with what reward construct - powered by our Intelligence Models and orchestrated through our agentic platform. This is a strategic and technical role that requires equal comfort with game design frameworks, ML-powered personalization, and financial sustainability modeling. You will work closely with applied scientists, software engineers, marketing stakeholders, and category teams to ship experiences that delight hundreds of millions of customers while driving settlement across India, Mexico, Brazil, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Australia, Singapore, and South Africa. A day in the life Define and drive the 3-year product vision for Gamified Experiences across all emerging locales Own the P&L for gamification programs - including advertiser funding models Ship milestone-based rewards, missions, and progression systems that measurably improve customer settlement metrics Build and maintain the gamification configuration platform (Rewards Console) enabling self-service challenge creation by category and marketing teams Partner with Applied Science on challenge selection algorithms, reward denomination optimization, and customer journey orchestration Drive weekly operating cadence with marketing, category advertisers, and B
