The Opportunity We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Renewal Representative to own the customer renewal experience in a fast-moving SaaS environment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the full renewal cycle across a portfolio of customers—ensuring timely renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and minimizing churn. As a key revenue contributor, you’ll work closely with Sales, Post Sales, and Product teams to deliver a seamless and value-driven renewal process that aligns with product usage and customer goals.
