Job Description
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial interior, renovation, and fit-out sector through proactive outreach and networking. Build a strong pipeline via cold outreach, client visits, and industry connections to drive project opportunities. Understand client needs, project scope, and budget, and work with internal teams to prepare proposals and pricing. Manage follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures while maintaining strong relationships with clients and industry partners. Keep track of sales progress, update pipeline reports, and share market insights, including competitor activities and new opportunities. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development within interior design, renovation, construction, or fit-out industries. Strong “hunter” mindset with confidence in sourcing and closing new business independently. Good communication and negotiation skills, with ability to engage clients both remotely and in person. Self-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
