About Us: HighRadius provides a single Agentic AI platform for the Office of the CFO. It integrates 180+ agents that orchestrate end-to-end processes across Order-to-Cash, Close & Reconciliation, Consolidation & Reporting, Accounts Payable, B2B Payments, and Treasury. Key Responsibilities ● Deliver product training to client users and manage the whole lifecycle ● Create customized product training content for the client users ● Mentor project consultants on the training lifecycle of HighRadius Order to Cash management system products for global clients ● Review and validate product training materials created by the project consultants ● Create and maintain standard product training materials for new or updated HighRadius products ● Enable training consultants to deliver an effective product training to our clients ● Deliver training to client users based on support requests and manage the whole lifecycle ● Analyze the Day in Life of client users to understand their usage patterns and concerns ● Improve the training process by analyzing the client feedback and support tickets ● Enable the consulting client users to access training post go-live, by creating project-specific LMS pages ● Collaborate with cross functional teams such as consulting, product, and support to ensure all training content is updated and accurate ● Prior knowledge of various phases of project life cycle including Design, Build, Testing, cutover, ● Go-live and hyper care ● Prior knowledge and e
