Enrolled Nurse Job Responsibilities: Support Registered Nurses (RNs) in the coordination of care of patients Assist physicians and RNs in bedside procedures and treatment Communicate effectively and maintain collaborative relationship with the multidisciplinary healthcare team members Provide patient education to patients, Next of Kin (NOK) and caregivers on self-care management Attend to and assist RNs in patient resuscitation or medical emergencies Support clinical supervision of new enrolled nurses, support care staff and coaching of nursing students in the delivery of nursing care Identify common causes of patient safety incidents and work with the supervisor and senior nurses in carrying out quality improvement activities Be a team player and participate in clinical audits as required Job Requirement: Candidate must be enrolled with SNB NITEC in Nursing or State Enrolled Nurse Certificate At least 1 year of experience as Enrolled Nurse in relevant discipline
