RESPONSIBILITIES The Assistant Director of Mental Health Service at Montfort Care supports the Director in managing programme development, financial management, community engagement, quality assurance, staff development, risk management, and policy advocacy to ensure the delivery of high quality care and support for individuals with mental health conditions and their caregivers in the community. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Support Assist the Director in implementing strategic plans and initiatives that align with the organization's mission and goals. Program Development Collaborate with the Director to help enhance existing mental health programs and services based on community needs. Support the management of new projects, such as the Shaw Tower initiative and new premises development. Evaluation and Reporting Assist in collecting and analyzing data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs, services, and project implementations. Over
