Job Description Interpret contract specifications, standards, and designs for construction Organise and lead meetings for design and construction; monitor and manages budgets; writes reports; and carries out additional administrative duties associated with the projects that are allocated Oversee mechanical scope planning, consulting coordination, and document control, including tracking sample submissions and drawing approval status Coordinate, organise, and prepare method statements, job hazards analysis and other prerequisites documents for mechanical equipment installation at site Oversee mechanical scope such as piping and equipment fabrication and installation, communicate with clients and subcontractors regarding issues, and guarantee the highest levels of workmanship Provide the mechanical designers with technical guidance on requirements Organise and/or participate in subcontractor and consultant meetings Requirements Min diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Min 3 years of construction experience Proficient in English writing and speaking. Microsoft application (words, excel, ppt etc)
