[Job ID:1625205] Responsibilities: Provide Japanese–English translation and interpretation for meetings, documents, and communications Manage end-to-end translation tasks, including planning timelines, clarifying requirements, and ensuring timely delivery Translate materials such as presentations, reports, newsletters, policies, and speeches with consistent terminology and formatting Review and refine translations to ensure accuracy, clarity, and quality standards Facilitate communication between Japanese-speaking and non-Japanese-speaking stakeholders Support management with administrative tasks, including travel arrangements, expense processing, meeting scheduling, and reporting coordination Take ownership of routine processes (e.g. claims and travel coordination) and escalate risks or exceptions when necessary. Maintain accurate records and documentation for continuity and handover Requirements: Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N1 or equivalent) for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline At least 2 years of professional experience in translation and interpretation Proficiency in English language for liaising with English-speaking clients and stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Video editing skills are an added advantage Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work independently We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
