Working Days: Monday – Friday Working Hours: 9 am to 5.45 pm Location: Elementum (Buona Vista) Salary: $3,500 - $4,000 (Depending on experience) Responsibilities: To conduct inventory stock take Assist Quarterly GST return preparation Bank reconciliation Supplier and customer master file maintenance Daily system operation in general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable maintenance Preparation of telegraphic transfer remittance – GCMS banking system Invoicing & LC Checking Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation Assist in Cash flow maintenance and projection report Assist in month-end closing Monetary accounts reconciliation Data preparation for survey from government agency Adhoc supports for all accounting and finance duties Requirement: Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or Finance Min 1 year of experience in Account field Kelly Chong Reg No:R26161160 The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd EA No: 14C7279
