Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Construction/Ground Engineering Position Title: Design Manager Working Location: Central (Near City Hall MRT) Working Hours: 5 days, (Monday – Friday, Office Hours) Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Variable bonus + Allowances Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the design workflow throughout all stages of the project. Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities on all design-related matters. Contribute to design planning during tender submissions and project development phases. Review and endorse design submissions, ensuring compliance with project specifications and local regulatory standards. Lead and supervise a team of design engineers and CAD drafters to ensure timely completion of drawings. Address and resolve design issues efficiently to prevent delays in project progress. Maintain and enforce design quality standards across all phases of the project. APPLY NOW!!! Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. At least 8 years of relevant experience in marine, coastal, or offshore projects Professional Engineer (PE) certification recognized in Singapore is required.
