We partner with leading global brands Schneider to provide high-quality PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, drives, and motion control solutions to a diverse range of industries, including manufacturing, electronics, food & beverage, and logistics. Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer who is both technically proficient and commercially astute. You will be the key technical expert and primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for understanding their automation challenges and proposing optimal control system solutions from our portfolio. Your role is critical in bridging the gap between our advanced products and our customers' application needs, ensuring we deliver exceptional value and build long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales: · Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within Singapore. · Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets. · Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations, proposals, and quotations. · Negotiate contracts and close sales, managing the entire sales cycle from lead to order. · Conduct market research to identify trends and new potential applications for our products. · Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and process challenges. · Recommend and design appropriate control system architectures (e.g., PLC-based systems, HMI integration, network topologies). · Provide pre-sales technical support, including product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and feasibility studies. · Liaise with our technical team and principal suppliers to develop the best technical solutions for complex projects. · Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, engineers, and project managers at existing and new client accounts. · Provide regular updates and after-s
