The Client is an established insurance firm. Key Responsibilities Possess a strong understanding of group insurance products and pricing to prepare and process renewal invitations. Effectively manage and service renewal accounts through intermediaries. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate renewal data for billing Work closely with the operations team on operational matters. Manage and resolve escalations by coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and effective solutions. Work closely with the claims team on claims-related escalations and provide timely updates to intermediaries/clients. Ensure timely payment of premium by clients. Support ad-hoc projects Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standard. Skill and Requirements Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in group insurance, employee benefits, or account management. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
