Job Description Manage the day-to-day operations of the facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely maintenance and repairs. Monitor and manage facility budgets, optimizing costs without compromising quality. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the facility. Oversee the functioning of utilities, such as electricity, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. Collaborate with internal teams to address facility-related requirements and improvements. Maintain records and reports related to facility operations and maintenance activities. The Successful Applicant A successful Facility Manager should have: A relevant educational background in facilities management, engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in managing facilities Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
