Job Description Rebuild the marketing playbook and reposition the brand from traditional to contemporary ecosystem. Lead the creation and execution of innovative marketing campaigns tailored for the beverages and alcohol market. Analyse market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth. Lead 360 degree marketing and also manage the NPD for the commercial business. Oversee digital marketing efforts, ensuring consistency across all online platforms. Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximise ROI. Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and stakeholders. Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights for improvement. The Successful Applicant A successful Head of Marketing should have: 10+ years of experience in leading Marketing within the FMCG ecosystem. Proven experience in the FMCG industry, specifically in beverages and alcohol marketing. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends. Expertise in digital marketing and brand management. Excellent project management and leadership abilities.
