Head of Human Resources Boutique Corporate Bank – Singapore Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Human Resources to lead the Bank's HR function. Reporting directly to senior management, the incumbent will be responsible for driving the Bank's people strategy, talent agenda, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, performance management, and HR governance. This role will partner closely with business leaders to support the Bank's growth objectives while ensuring adherence to regulatory and employment requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources activities across the Bank. Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the Bank's business objectives and growth plans. Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and employee relations matters. Drive recruitment and talent acquisition efforts for key business and support functions. Oversee performance management, employee development, learning initiatives, and leadership succession planning. Manage compensation, benefits, rewards, and annual remuneration reviews to ensure market competitiveness. Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment legislation, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards. Lead employee engagement initiatives and support change management programmes. Oversee HR policies, procedures, systems, and operational processes. Manage office administration and general administration functions where required. Requirements Bachelor's Degree Minimum 15 to 20 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with substantial experience gained within the banking industry.
