HR Generalist & Business Partnering Overview Experienced HR professional responsible for overseeing HR operations, payroll and benefits governance, employee relations, and HR business partnering across the Group. The role also supports HR systems, data governance, compliance, and regional operational initiatives to drive scalable and efficient people practices. Key Responsibilities HR Operations & Governance Oversee outsourced payroll and benefits operations across Singapore and regional offices. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including CPF, IRAS, leave claims, and employment regulations. Manage payroll audits, operational controls, and process improvements. Lead Group Insurance renewal and retirement fund administration. HR Business Partnering Partner managers on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organisational matters. Advise stakeholders on Singapore employment legislation and HR policies. Support recruitment, onboarding, and people management initiatives. HR Systems & Projects Act as functional owner for HR systems, reporting, and data governance. Partner Finance, IT, vendors, and regional stakeholders on system enhancements and automation. Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen operational efficiency and governance. Requirements Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline. Minimum 6–8 years of HR generalist and HRBP experience. Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF, IRAS, payroll, and HR operations. Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills. Systems-oriented with an interest in technology and process improvement. 23c1935 r1105492
