REQUIREMENTS: Total Experience 6+ years Strong hands-on experience in Workday HCM configuration, maintenance, and support. Strong functional expertise in Workday HCM modules and business processes. Experience with Compensation; Advanced Compensation experience is highly preferred. Strong understanding of Workday organizational structures, business processes, and security concepts. Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into Workday functional solutions. Experience supporting Workday releases, upgrades, testing, and production support. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex functional issues. Experience creating and maintaining functional and technical documentation. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project delivery practices. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and leadership skills. Ability to provide guidance and mentorship to team members. Experience supporting global HR processes is a plus. Availability to work during US/UK business hour overlap. Preferred shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST. RESPONSIBILITIES: Configure, maintain, and support Workday HCM modules based on business requirements. Manage Workday HCM functional configurations, enhancements, and ongoing system maintenance. Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver effective Workday solutions. Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements to optimize Workday functionality. Support Compensation and Advanced Compensation configurations and related business processes.
