You know your way around Policy & Compliance, Risk, and Audit Management. Credentials: You hold relevant ServiceNow Certifications (CIS-RC or CIS-VRM are major pluses). Mindset: A massive passion for AI and a desire to be more than just a developer—you want to be a solution creator. Communication: You can explain complex workflows without making people’s heads spin.
