Why This Role Matters In this role, you will lead Radformation ’s commercial growth strategy throughout the EMEA region, driving revenue expansion through both direct sales and distributor partnerships. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Success, Regulatory Affairs, and executive leadership, you will help expand Radformation ’s presence across EMEA, strengthen relationships with key clinical stakeholders, and build the regional infrastructure necessary to support long-term growth. Responsibilities Include Develop and execute the commercial strategy for EMEA, including market prioritization, territory planning, channel strategy, and resource allocation. Own bookings, pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, and revenue growth throughout the EMEA region. Collaborate with our Channel Manager to optimize distributor performance across EMEA. Evaluate, develop, and hold distributors accountable for revenue performance, pipeline development, and market coverage.
