About the Role: We are seeking a talented and motivated Privacy Manager who is best in class, with a high IQ plus a high EQ. As our Privacy Manager, you will own the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of Sezzle ’s North American data privacy program. Operating at the intersection of fintech innovation and consumer compliance, you will ensure our data practices protect our users across the US and Canada while enabling our product and engineering teams to build game-changing financial tools at speed. What You'll Do: Lead Program Governance: Design, maintain, and scale Sezzle ’s data privacy compliance framework, ensuring strict alignment with US state/federal regulations (such as CCPA/CPRA) and Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25). Embed Privacy-by-Design: Partner directly with Engineering, Product and Marketing teams during early-stage development to conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and ensure North American use
