Our client, one of Asia-Pacific’s leading organizations is looking for: Project Manager (Application) Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of business systems, ensuring service stability and optimal performance across the operational environment. Provide oversight of vendor-led incident and problem management, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with service expectations, including validating root cause analyses and resolution proposals from vendors. Coordinate releases and deployments with technical teams and vendors, managing delivery dependencies, timelines, and environment management in collaboration with application and infrastructure vendors. Work with vendors and stakeholders to review, validate, and confirm business and technical requirements, managing delivery dependencies and ensuring alignment with business needs, technical standards, and operational constraints. Manage user expectations, maintain good rapport with stakeholders, and understand their requirements. Manage project budgets, including planning, tracking, and reporting on expenditure to ensure projects are delivered within approved financial parameters. Support contract management activities and monitor vendor performance against agreed service levels. Deliver enhancements and small projects within a live operational environment, maintaining clear documentation for delivery decisions, risks, and changes. Challenge and validate vendor technical solutions to ensure compliance with business needs, technical standards, and operational constraints. Ensure systems and processes comply with regulatory and governance standards, collaborating with audit teams to address findings and implement corrective actions. Maintain documentation and evidence to support audit and compliance requirements. Take on ad hoc tasks that are reasonable and relevant to the nature of the role.
