Job Description
Job Summary Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure project scope and safety compliance. Manage materials, resolve installation issues, and maintain effective team and contractor relations to drive site efficiency and successful project delivery. Responsibilities Supervise team members including Foremen and General workers to ensure task completion and adherence to project standards Interpret and communicate project scope and drawings to team members for accurate execution Verify all material orders and drawings before submission to suppliers or project administration to ensure accuracy Discuss drawings and brief site activities with site in-charge personnel to align on daily operations Respond promptly to urgent cases and defects to minimize project delays Educate and brief workers, foremen, and supervisors on safety requirements to maintain a safe work environment Assist engineers during site meetings as needed to support project coordination Order materials and monitor material usage to control costs and prevent shortages Coordinate with company drivers to arrange transportation for workers and material collection to ensure timely logistics Conduct site surveys and collaborate with engineers to prepare proposals and shop drawings for project execution Provide practical solutions to site installation issues to maintain workflow continuity Manage worker efficiency and effectiveness onsite to optimize productivity Address team members’ concerns and escalate issues to management for resolution Foster positive relationships between workers and other contractors onsite to promote collaboration Required competencies and certifications Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience in the related field Preferred competencies and qualifications Ability to work effectively with colleagues from diverse nationalities Demonstrated fast learning ability, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills Positive attitude towards work and team collaboration
