Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our project management team in delivering construction projects safely, on time, and on schedule. You will provide technical and coordination support to ensure project completion within the work programme. Responsibilities Lead project management activities to deliver residential building projects safely and within scheduled timelines Coordinate with project teams at all levels to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of tasks Develop and maintain detailed work schedules to track project progress and resource allocation Prepare and review AutoCAD drawings and architectural details to support project requirements Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve issues and facilitate project delivery Organize project documentation and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project/Construction Management, or equivalent Minimum 5 years of site experience with a main contractor in residential building projects Ability to prepare work schedules, AutoCAD drawings, and architectural details
