Job Summary You will engage customers face-to-face to deliver impactful brand experiences, support marketing campaigns and events, and collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals while continuously improving through coaching and training. Responsibilities Engage customers directly to deliver memorable and effective brand experiences Represent client brands professionally in both B2C and B2B settings to increase brand awareness Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including events and roadshows, to drive customer engagement Communicate brand messages clearly and persuasively to target audiences to enhance brand perception Collaborate closely with team members to meet and exceed campaign objectives and deadlines Participate actively in coaching and training sessions to improve skills and performance continuously Maintain professionalism and foster positive interactions with customers to uphold brand reputation Training & Development Structured onboarding and full coaching provided Continuous on-the-job training and performance feedback Exposure to real marketing campaigns and events Overseas workshops and development opportunities (based on performance) Clear career progression pathway Preferred competencies and qualifications Positive attitude and eagerness to learn to adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment Comfortable and confident in face-to-face communication to engage diverse customers effectively Ability to learn rapidly and adjust to changing situations to support fast-paced campaign needs Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to collaborate productively with colleagues Ambitious mindset focused on personal growth and career development
