Key Responsibilities: Financial Data Entry : Accurately enter financial data into spreadsheets , Tally and SAP accounting software Accounts Receivable/Payable : Assist in managing accounts receivable and payable, including issuing invoices, processing payments, and reconciling accounts Bank Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank statements with general ledger balances. Expense Tracking: Monitor and track expenses, ensuring they are properly recorded and categorized. Assistance in Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports and statements. Compliance Support: Assist in ensuring compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations. Documentation: Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation. Audit: Provide support during internal and external audits. Regulatory Reporting: Prepare MAS reports for timely submission. Others: Support for Finance related and administrative tasks assigned. Job Requirements: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial records. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. SAP experience good to have. Desired Skills: Good understanding of accounting principles and practices. Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot discrepancies. Time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently.
