The Sr. Operations Manager oversees all budgetary, people development, and operational objectives at the site. This role involves managing and leading a team of Operations and Area Managers, coaching and - Work flexible hours as business demands, including overnight, weekends and holidays - 7+ years direct management experience, including a salaried workforce, in a manufacturing, production or distribution environment - Prior experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean techniques - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience
