Job Description
As a North American External Fulfillment (NA EF) Subject Matter Specialist (SMS), you are a self-motivated individual with an interest in FC operations processes who is responsible for supporting various - High school or equivalent diploma - Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.) - Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements - Work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays - Knowledge of Amazon processes, concepts (e.g., Efficient Receive), KPIs (e.g., FUD), and tools (e.g., PrEditor)
