Amazon Web Services Infrastructure Delivery owns the end-to-end design, planning, delivery, and operation of the global AWS infrastructure footprint — the backbone that enables the cloud to operate at - Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair - Experience in computer networking - High school or equivalent diploma - Knowledge of TCP/IP networks - Knowledge of cloud computing technologies - Knowledge of fiber optic and copper cabling standards, testing equipment and troubleshooting methodologies - Knowledge of network design, protocols and Layer 1/2 troubleshooting
