Ensure the project remains on budget and on schedule, providing regular updates on project progress, highlighting potential issues that may affect budgets or timelines. Conduct project status meetings with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communication between all parties. Act as a liaison between the project team and customers to ensure key project information is communicated accurately and promptly. Ensure projects meet customer specifications and requirements while adhering to quality standards and timelines. Lead, motivate, and guide assigned resources from various departments, organizing regular reviews to resolve any issues that arise during the execution phase. Provide regular status updates and reports to the management team, highlighting key challenges or risks.
