Acting as a point of contact for customers throughout the sales cycle Identifying prospects and gathering information about customer needs Presenting products or services clearly and confidently Preparing proposals, quotations and cost calculations Negotiating pricing and terms in line with company guidelines Responding to enquiries and resolving concerns in a professional manner Coordinating with internal teams on product updates, promotions or technical questions Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and tracking pipeline activity Monitoring stock levels or product availability when relevant Liaising with logistics teams or external partners to support order fulfilment
