MNC Company Basic $3000 - $3500 + Completion Bonus Excellent Welfare and Benefits + Career progression Working location: Lorong Chuan Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.45am to 5.45pm) Job Responsibilities: May provide quote preparation, order tracking, backlog processing, invoicing, returns, discrepancy resolution, customer credit problems and/or other such support to sales team members and/or external customers (including order expediting, stock queries, reporting and stock rotation). May Identify, investigate, and participate in opportunities to improve processes and procedures, to include various key performance metrics. Ensures that good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with consumer laws. Maintains and updates electronic and/or hard copy records as required. Perform required transactions using SAP system to support the daily activities for consignment program Analyze customer’s forecast and liaise with customers closely to manage the fluctuations Maintains sufficient inventory on-site at all times to support customer Work closely with planners to ensure sufficient backlog is placed out to suppliers and follow up to ensure that necessary reschedules are done. Maintains a healthy inventory to generate good inventory turns Liaise with marketing and supplier for price extension Manage daily consignment pull data and consignment billing in SAP system Provide support to customer’s queries and requests on site Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Possess minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent. Possess minimum of 2 years of related experience.
