Job Description
Responsibilities Assist in the management and conduct of litigation matters across personal injury, property damage, civil, criminal, and family law matters Draft legal documents including pleadings, affidavits, submissions, legal opinions, correspondence, and court filings Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries, memoranda, and advisory materials Attend court hearings, mediations, case conferences, and other legal proceedings Assist in trial preparation, including evidence review, bundle preparation, and witness coordination Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, insurers, government agencies, experts, and other stakeholders Support settlement discussions and dispute resolution processes under appropriate supervision Monitor court timelines, filing requirements, and ensure matters progress in accordance with procedural deadlines Requirements Qualified to practise law in Singapore with 0–1 year PQE Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical abilities Good communication and advocacy skills with a client-focused mindset Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment Additional Information Hands-on exposure to court proceedings and contentious matters Opportunity to handle files under supervision and develop advocacy skills Broad exposure across personal injury, property damage, civil, criminal, and family law matters Supportive environment with opportunities for professional development and growth Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd | EA License No.: 24C2479 Ivan Lim | EA Personnel No.: R1109856
